Acquire Virtues & Be Virtuous

O fortunate youth, recognize this great duty. Feel this wonderful privilege. Take up this adventure. God watches you graciously, ever ready to help and guide. I wish you to be great. The world has put its faith in you. Your elders keep their hopes in you. Now youth means to place your firm confidence in yourself and exercise your hopeful determination and resolution and willing good intentions in this beautiful task of self-culture. This will truly bring supreme satisfaction and fulfillment not only to you, but also to all concerned. The shaping of your life is indeed in your own hands.
- SWAMY VIVEKANANDA

I wanted to remind you all of those words said by that great man. I had an argument with a friend who asked me to break the traffic rules and take a short way instead which i refused and we had an heated argument over why i should have ignored the rules instead of following them. I was simply told that this is our country and this is the way things go around in our country and we should follow the way all the masses lead. My question is why should I? For an instance people reading this might think that there was no reason for argument, some might even think that it is no issue at all, some might think that i have overreacted over it, yes some might even agree with my friend that we should break the rules, but i will ask you why ? Is it because the majority doesnt follow that we need not follow? Is it because how will it bring any change in this country if even I follow?
We are very audacious to break the law, we are very fearless in paying bribes for the fear of our works not getting done. But how long? Today our parents might be making enough money that we are in a position to get things done, but what about the one who doesnt have any, his life isnt valued, does he not deserve any attention for his problems, for his hunger, for his basic needs etc etc ?
I think there is only thin line that one should cross, today majority are on the side of breaking the rules, and if there is a shit of balance to the other side than im sure that things will be very different. People will fear to take bribes if none are paying, people will fear to break the rules if none are breaking.

It is time that youth thinks about this problem, we cannot inherit the wrong doing habits of others. I feel the younger generation, the young women and men must shoulder the responsibility to come forward to bring about the necessary change of life. The change of an individual's life is bound to change others life whom they come in contact with. We must get rid of the bad system, we should bring the best out of todays system, we should develop the right understanding of what is wrong and what is not. Let us stop blaming others for they are being so, let us take corrective measures and resolve ourselves not to repeat the mistakes. It is something that we will have to practise and live with.

Please don't blindly follow others. If anyone of you want to be good or you started to break the rules too because you are tired of being good please do not be. We should not be tired, we should not feel ashamed for being right. People who boldly think that this is the way things happen in this country should feel ashamed. I hope someone who comes across this blog will learn something.

RELIGION - A UNIVERSAL BLIND FAITH

I was always puzzled as a child to understand what religion means, why people have an attachment towards their religion what makes them so connected to it? I dont think i have an answer even till date. But in my quest to understand religion i thought reading the holy book is a good way, so i borrowed bible from a good friend of mine to understand one of the worlds most dominant religions Christianity.
Bible says God made humans just like him, he gave him knowledge, the power to judge, the power to control all the species on earth and be a master of all. These are the very first words in the old testament. I had a deep thought regarding this. We dont know who wrote them or if bible, quran and bhagavatgita are the living testimonials of those characters or GOD. I think they made people believe in these holy books, have faith in them and lead lives according to them. The very creation of religion was very intelligent, our ancestors must have thought in order for the continuity and the survival of human race, there must be a way of living if else the whole world would have collapsed imagine what would happen if there was no fear of sin. People would have killed each other there would have been no guilt, we would have remained uncivilised.

Centuries passed away since these holy books were known to people but till today our faith and belief continues to be in them. We dont want to reason or question our religion, we just believe since our parents have been following it and we no doubt will pass this tradition for the generations to come. And i have no doubt that people will not ask themselves about religion. I would say "Religion the biggest universal blind faith"- Sushanth kodela
i hope that some day it becomes a famous quote by me...!

Great people like buddha must have tried to understand them and yes they did understood them, wrote new principles as according to the exsitence of people, the crime, the violence was more prevalant at his time without harmony. So may be he wanted people to coexist inspite of different religions and wanted peace to prevail, be harmonious and tolerant to fellow beings.
No matter what religions tried to preach, the very human nature of power, greed, selfishness never changed. Today we see terrorism in the name of religion people trying to kill others in the name of almighty. It is simple human nature.

If the holy books are living testimonials of God himself than as humans we who are believers in various religions live by their guidance or swear by them, I think today every nation has got its own religion its their constitution. People of common interests live in a nation. Their GOD is their nation their religion is their constitution, they are devoted and patriotic to it, they live by laws and principles laid down in their constitution, it can be changed according to times. Whether one chooses to accept it or not, i think we have a better religion in this most diversified and complex nation on the globe. A nation so diverse that it has so many religions, innumerable faiths, so many different cultures and languages and yet people live in harmony, i bet you no other country which many times criticize or talk about communalism or question our integrity and religious harmony will not even be able to tolerate the same kind of diversity in their nations. It only happens in INDIA, it is the only place in the sphere where its possible, and im sure it will exist so inspite of all the odds no matter how many people rule this country, which race rules, whichever religion rules this nation it will coexist and it will.

Today times have changed, this globe has bigger challenges than ever. Earth is such a wonderful creation that it balances everything, gives us everything we need. God himself made them, we care to read our holy books, we care to argue upon a religion but we ignore to see what is around us, we ignore our environment, we ignore what is our contribution to it how we are being a part in its destruction instead of caring for it. We care about ourselves, we were and we are contiuing to be selfish.

What i want to convey is very simple let us start seeing our surroundings, learn from it, think of a better solution and let us transform it into a better place while we balance the environment and not to forget accept constitution as your religion. We owe to it, we live by it, we should abide by it, we should fear it. the only religion i think should exist in a democracy is the constitution, where people have written their own rules to live by and have faith in it.
Ofcourse its a human curse that people will ignore after reading this tend to forget what i wrote (I think it inculdes me too) and move on with our busy selfish lives where wealth is even more important than health and where we believe that wealth can buy us health.

Oops i think i forgot another dimension when i have been saying about constitution as religion. who shall save him from the inner pain, troubles and spiritual experiences one has. I have a solution for that too. REMEMBER...! HUMAN WILL IS EVERYTHING BELIEVE IN IT , HAVE FAITH IN IT. GOD IS WILL, HUMAN WILL IS GOD, SO WE ARE GOD.
GOD's POWER IS MERE ILLUSION...!

for any trouble, pain, fear you have believe in yourself. You have the will of anything and everything. have faith in you, believe in yourself...! I have experienced it..!

I started somewhere and ended up somewhere but i believe what i wrote made some sense. It was all just in flow, didnt have time to check for errors.... PLEASE DO WRITE COMMENTS AND DEBATE ABOUT IT AND SPREAD IT IF YOU LIKED IT OR EVEN IF YOU DIDNT...

KUDOs to Dr. JAYAPRAKASH NARAYAN

Salute to Mr.Jayaprakash Narayan...!
Sir salutes to you, to your courage and to your principles and to your party.
I had a strong urge to know why are we like this. Why everyone will have to struggle even with their talents. Why is everything so difficult for everyone to get what he/she rightly deserves? Why is the rich always the mighty, why is someone looked down upon because of his caste or his social status.
A person who struggles to become an IPS, or a public servant who struggles and works hard to reach a position will have to be in a position to recieve some vulgar abusive remarks from a brother, son of a politican. Their works are of utmost importance. A truthful and sincere person has no place for him. he is not recognised for his dedication or for his sincere work. he has to face the wrath of politician. A person who abides by law has to be always the victim because the very protectors of law our police doesn't stand by him, instead they stand by the might the powerful the rich, the power mongers.
A common man will be offered sops of free power, 2 kg rice, colour TVs, some even go ahead and play with emotions and sentiments like telangana..
A political party whose agenda has been garibhi hatao since 1970's has still the very same agenda.. garibhi hatao we are here for the poor only they will always fulfill their promise because poverty will never be eradicated and as they have promised to stay by the poor they will always have to make sure that they remain poor. This party claims itself as Secular and creates a sense of fear in public saying that the other party is not secular and its communal and their very existence is at stake..
I can go with other parties too.. that will never end.

I asked many people whats the problem behind all this? why is India like this. An elderly person told me that the system is itself like that and that none can do anything about it. If we want our country to be in a better position he said to me that there should be something like earthquake which shakes them all and throws them down to earth. I see that earthquake in the form of LOK SATTA PARTY. I never thought that it would be possible to fight against the system.

My salutes to Dr. jayaprakash narayan who stood against the system, who instilled confidence in people that it is possible. He proved it by going against the system, by coming clean into politics, by asking for votes not by distributing a money, liquor. This is enough to tell how courageous he is, this proves his capabilities beyond any doubt.
You are a true hero, an inspiration to all of us...!
"MY VOTE IS FOR LOK SATTA"

Anyone can change the system only if we beileve and have faith in it. I now have the courage and im more confident than ever. The countries future belongs to the youth of this nation to us. So it is for us to make a choice, truth is right in front of us.
We know about the already established parties, we know them for their useless filthy worthless governance. we know the new arrivals like the train prajarajyam, the testimonials of a few people who have resigned is itself enough proof. undoubtedly prp leaders were caught distributing money, people with criminal background have been given party tickets. these are enough to tell the difference between all these parties and lok satta.
Some one is standing by good let us encourage him by voting him. let us prove that good will win, good people have a chance, good things should happen to good people. We should not be in a stiuation where we will have to bribe someone for our works.
Let us not be the victims of this system, let all our hopes to see INDIA as a better country be realised. The only hope LOK SATTA..!

SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES

Special Economic Zone policy was intended to give economic growth supported by quality infrastrucutre, to instill confidence in investors and may be to encourage FDI. It was supposed to increase more economic activity and employment through the establishment of SEZ'z but i see a complete different picture.

One can argue that SEZ will boost the economy of this country and etc.., anyone of us will be happy if that really happened. We have seen many policies being introduced by various goverments for the welfare of the poor. The present UPA govt has introduced NREG scheme and Loan waiver for farmers. How well these have been implemented is the real issue?

We have observed that in the name of SEZ'z its the bada babus who have gained in unimaginable figures..! The real boom was not in employment generation neither the economy, if that were true the GDP figures should have improved far more better. Instead the SEZ's have in a way further widened the difference between the rich and the poor.
The SEZ is an illusion, there by creating a hype in the real estate market. The fact is that there is huge money laundering before every G.O that is issued. The living standards remain the same, inflation goes up, now again dives yet the prices of general commodities remain very high.
Before the concept of SEZ a average middle class person had the ability to gain right to ownership for his own land. It was somewhat affordable, atleast the upper middle class and middle class sections could afford take a loan or could dream about them. Today such people who sincerely work, who most of the time pay taxes from their salaries or if they have a small home pay some property tax, but in turn he is unable to afford piece of land.

The government has crippled people from buying land and introduces a schemes naming them RAJIV SWAGRUHA, INDIRAMA ILLU etc.., for the poor sanctions houses in binami names, people who never really existed. Ok the poor get their single room homes they are happy, how about a person who is neither eligible for that home, who cant imagine to live in such a home neither can he afford a house and he pays his tax? who is to be held accountable ?

What are the returns that these people are getting ?
NOTHING......

The true index in development lies in socio economic development.
Education for all
Health for all ....

AAM AADMI - Isse phal nahi milta..!

AAM AADMI - Who are they? how do we define these people?

There was a time when NDA government boasted itself saying "India Shining" sadly NDA didn't shine after their INDIA SHINING campaign.

Today UPA government boasts itself of doing a great deal for the AAM JANATA.

The aam aadmi should question this to himself. If there has been even the slightest change in their lives because of the policies of government, I will ask myself to vote for the UPA government.

The biggest looser and biggest gainer in the last general elections were in Andhra Pradesh. The TDP which was then an ally of NDA could not regain its seats in the Lok Sabha, where as the congress sweeped across the state with the promise of free power for farmers and other promises. Y.S.R's grid determination won him the power of this state.
